Zbazi Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Use

By accessing the Zbazi platform (zbazi.pro) or creating an account, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions outlined below. Eligibility & Age Requirements

To use the Zbazi platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be 18 years or older Underage users are strictly prohibited from using Zbazi under any circumstances.
• You must use this platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You must not be located in a country or region where online betting is fully prohibited.
• You must bet in your own name and with your own funds. Betting on behalf of others or using third-party funds is strictly prohibited.
• Professional athletes, referees, managers, or anyone who can directly influence the outcome of a match are not permitted to place bets on that event.

Account Rules

The following rules must be followed when creating and managing an account on Zbazi:

• One Account Per Person: Only one Zbazi account is permitted per person, household, or device. If multiple accounts are found, all will be closed.
• Providing Accurate Information is Mandatory: During registration, you must provide your correct name, mobile number, date of birth, and national ID number. Providing false information may result in account termination.
• Password Protection: Never share your account password with anyone. You are solely responsible for all activity on your account.
• KYC Verification: KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. This requires submitting a photo of your national ID and a selfie.
• Account Transfer Prohibited: Accounts may not be sold, rented, or transferred to anyone.

Betting Policy

The following rules apply when placing bets on Zbazi:

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please review all details carefully before placing your bet.
• Odds Change: Odds in live betting change moment to moment. Your bet will be placed at the odds displayed at the time of submission.
• Match Cancellation: If an event is cancelled before it begins, the stake for that bet will be refunded. If a match is cancelled after it has started, a decision will be made in accordance with Zbazi's policy.
• Incorrect Odds: If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Zbazi reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Maximum Bet Limit: Each market has a maximum bet limit in place. This limit may vary by user and event.
• Minimum Bet: The standard minimum bet is ৳50. This may vary depending on the specific market.

Payments & Withdrawals

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on Zbazi:

• Deposit: Deposits can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit is ৳300. Deposits are typically instant.
• Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Processing Time: Withdrawals are typically processed within 3 to 6 hours. In exceptional cases, it may take up to 24 hours.
• Identity Match: All deposits and withdrawals must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Third-party transactions are not permitted.
• Withdrawal Limits: Withdrawals are limited to ৳50,000 per day and ৳2,00,000 per week. Contact support for higher limits.
• Incomplete Wager: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met.

Bonuses & Promotions

To enjoy Zbazi's bonuses and promotional offers, please keep the following conditions in mind:

• Welcome Bonus: A welcome bonus is available on your first deposit and can only be claimed once. If you have a promo code, enter it at the time of deposit.
• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses come with specific wagering requirements (e.g., 30x). This means you must wager the bonus amount 30 times before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• Validity: Every bonus has a set expiry date. Once expired, any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Bonus Abuse: Abusing the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts — will result in account closure and forfeiture of all bonuses.
• Free Bet: Winnings from free bets cannot be withdrawn directly. The applicable wagering requirements must be met first.
• Concurrent Bonus: Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted in the terms.

Responsible Gaming

Responsible gaming is a core principle at Zbazi. We want you to enjoy entertainment in a healthy way:

• Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately once set.
• Self-Exclusion: You can activate self-exclusion for any period between 30 days and 5 years. During this time, your account will be completely inaccessible.
• Cooling-Off: Take a break from betting for a set period of time. This feature can be used at any time.
• Loss Limit: Automatically stop betting once you've reached a set loss limit.

Account Closure & Suspension

Zbazi may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Registering with false or inaccurate information.
• Creating multiple accounts.

• Engaging in money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
• If match-fixing or any other form of fraudulent advantage-taking is attempted.
• If the user submits a request to close their own account.

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, unless forfeiture is required due to a rule violation.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern or complaint:
